Current Journeys Opens in December

Our journey is constantly shifting and we are at times catapulted into a new season over night.  My tendency is to try and swim against the current and hold tightly to things forgetting the beauty in surrendering to it.  

 

With Every group of paintings I create , I aim to spark wonder and  hope in the viewer.  This show is no different.  Every single painting within this new collection has its own story to tell. A few of the paintings represent my own journey, while others pay tribute to those who’ve influenced mine.  

 

It’s been a roller coaster of challenges over the past 6 months but I wanted to keep my focus on a positive, uplifting message throughout each painting. Maybe, in some ways they are little vulnerable messages of hope, that in the end, remind me of the triumph over hardship.
